Summary :
Extended runtime issues occur when reorganizing credit data via RFDKLI20 due to absent payer indices in TINPA for group 'Transaction = '0'. To resolve, either insert a retroactive partner index to TINPA and reorganize with RVV05IVB or add a secondary index in VBPA. Using report RFDKLI20 periodically is discouraged; details in Note 408596.
