Summary :
When modifying fields in SAP purchasing documents such as purchase orders or contracts, a change message is generated even if the field is marked as non-print relevant, according to ME90 or related transactions. This issue arises due to the system performing an output determination each time a document is changed, without checking the print-relevance of the alterations in the determination phase. Instead, the assessment occurs only in the print program. Relevant transactions and tables include ME22, ME52N, T166C, and SAPFM06P. The system does not provide an out-of-the-box solution; modifications are necessary to prevent the generation of unnecessary messages.
