Summary :
When the CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION statement does not execute, check if the related customer enhancement project is active in transaction CMOD. If inactive, activate it; if active, deactivate and reactivate. Ensure the function module is assigned to an active project. If function groups or programs are not generated, regenerate them using the name from the function exit. Verify table entries: check project components in CMOD, including SAP enhancements and their components. Missing entries in table MODSAP or MODACT can be corrected by re-transporting or recreating the project. Refer to Note 12831 for a check report on function modules.
