Summary :
This SAP Note addresses the inability to perform a reverse posting from a stock in transit into the unrestricted-use stock of plant 1 after a stock transfer order between two plants. The intended reverse transaction functionality, for historical adjustments, does not exist currently. As a workaround until future updates allow such functionality, users are directed to initially post a goods receipt to unrestricted-use stock of plant 2, as per the normal second step of transfer. Subsequent retransferring of the stock to plant 1 should be done via a new stock transport order or a plant-to-plant transfer posting using movement type 302.
