Summary :
In the Intrastat reporting process for SAP, issues may arise with the selection of goods receipts documents not aligning with the actual reporting month, caused by timing discrepancies between goods receipts and vendor invoice receipt dates. To address this, SAP users are guided to examine the influence of invoice receipt timing on reporting months. If the invoice is received in a subsequent month to goods movement, that subsequent month becomes the reporting month. It is crucial to report goods movements at latest by the following month. Additionally, SAP provides configuration steps in Customizing to tailor document selection logic per reporting needs, available from Release 4.6 onwards.
