Summary :
The SAP HANA memory leak issue when using the 'use_in_memory_tracing' feature for the M_EXPENSIVE_STATEMENTS monitoring view has been addressed. The problem, prevalent from Revision70 due to storing extensive SQL statement data in memory, persisted until system restart or the revocation of the feature, causing significant memory allocation that wasn't released. This issue is fixed in versions Rev90 and later. For affected versions Rev70 to Rev85, users can circumvent the problem by disabling the feature in 'global.ini'. This setting reduces the overhead of managing performance data but should be turned off if experiencing memory issues.
