Summary :
The SAP Note addresses an issue where using tp locksys or tp unlocksys commands does not lock or release user logons in the R/3 system. This malfunction arises because table TRPUT, pivotal for these operations, lacks appropriate buffer synchronization since its default setting is 'buffered' from Release 4.6A onwards. To rectify this issue, users are advised to download and apply the relevant tp patches specified for their system version from SAP's server.
