Summary :
CDS views, including SEPM_SDDL_LEAVE_REQUESTS and SACM_CDS_SHOW_SO, are facing activation issues typically during system upgrades (MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG) or while importing updates using SPAM, returning errors (SDDL_PARSER_MSG 004 or 050). These problems are due to cyclic dependencies within the views that cannot be resolved by existing ABAP Dictionary programs. To remedy this, repeatedly triggering the upgrade or activation phases may resolve the issue. If unsuccessful after attempts, a provided program should be loaded and executed to address and potentially bypass these errors for the impacted DDL sources, allowing the upgrade to proceed.
