This SAP Note addresses discrepancies between the balance carried forward and the closing balance of the previous year in G/L account transaction figures and statistical ledgers. SAP does not offer a cascading balance function, requiring users to manually initiate balance corrections by restarting the balance forward program SAPF011 for G/L or SAPFGVTR for statistical ledgers, covering all impacted fiscal years until the current one.
