SAP Note 19056 - SIS reorganization: Shorter runtimes by parallel processing

Component : Data Collection - Information System

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/19056 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
The SAP Sales Information System (SIS) reorganization process requires sequential execution of reports RMCVNEUA, RMCVNEUL, and RMCVNEUF unless the update group is pre-determined. If no update group redetermination is needed, these reports can run in parallel to improve performance on multi-processor systems. Successive report execution is essential when update groups must be reset due to Customizing changes. Parameter settings ensure these reports don't re-process update groups unnecessarily. Additionally, deadlocks can be avoided during parallel execution by sequencing reports carefully and adhering to guidelines in Note 385372.
