Summary :
After implementing a collective note in Inventory Controlling and subsequent statistical setup, anomalies in stock evaluations at various levels (storage, batch, period) are observed such as positive stock quantities with negative values and vice versa. These are due to transactions lacking accounting documents, varied pricing in goods receipts, and non-location-specific transactions like price adjustments. SAP recommends adjusting standard analyses to allocate proportional values to respective storage locations and including relevant INV, MM, and other transactions for coherent reporting. Additionally, certain prior notes are replaced and integration with collective notes is advised for efficiency.
