Summary :
The SAP Note addresses issues concerning the functionality of change documents after client copies post-Release 4.5. Originally, up to Release 4.0B, client-specific tables like CDHDR, CDPOS, and their derivatives involving cluster CDCLS were automatically duplicated during client copies involving application data. Post-4.5B, these tables are not duplicated, resulting in their unavailability post-copy and potential terminations when accessed. To remedy this, the SAP_RECO profile was introduced, containing change documents and "L" class tables. For tailored solutions, exporting and importing via transport tools are recommended with careful client matching to prevent conflicts.
