Summary :
The issue highlighted concerns SAP's dunning process for one-time customers using transaction F150 and form SAPF150S. The dunning notices fail to print the customer's address while erroneously displaying the customer's name instead. This misrepresentation occurs despite the correct address being available on the related log output. Investigation reveals that the form setup incorrectly maps address fields from the KNA1 table instead of ADRS as per standard configuration. Additionally, a dunning grouping key incorrectly set in the one-time customer's master record exacerbates the issue. The proposed solutions are to realign the form's address field references to the ADRS table and remove the inappropriate dunning grouping key.
