SAP Note 17996 - KP06ff: Planning records are no longer displayed

Component : Planning - Planning

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/17996 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
In manual primary cost planning within SAP, users face an issue where already planned records are visible in reporting but do not display in the planning interface. Attempting to post these records results in a termination error: RAISE_EXCEPTION 'INSERT_ERROR_BY_COKP'. This issue is linked to database inconsistencies where COKA records corresponding to COKP records are absent. The recommended fix involves using the correction report RKPLNC05, downloadable from SAPSERV3. This report addresses the issue by generating missing COKA records and allows adjustments related to unit of measure through the UPMEINH input field, enhancing data consistency.
