Summary :
This SAP Note explains the issue where TDDAT entries, specifying customer-specific authorization groups for transport objects and tables, are overwritten post the implementation of Support Packages. The root of this problem is identified as the mismatch between the delivery class of table TDDAT (class G) and its inclusion as part of the transport object R3TR TOBJ, which is generally under the class W allowing SAP to update via Support Packages. To remedy this, TDDAT will no longer be affected by future updates. For rectifying existing discrepancies in earlier Support Packages, updating to R3trans version post October 15, 2012, applicable to all kernel releases >= 720, is recommended.
