Summary :
Software Update Manager (SUM) version 1.0 SP6 now supports the inclusion of customer transport requests during the update process, aimed at reducing business downtime. This feature allows simultaneous import of multiple customer transports, integrating them into both the uptime and downtime phases of the SUM procedure. This capability is accessible on a project basis to interested customers who must have a service contract with SAP. To engage this feature, a registration with the SAP Development Team via a specific support ticket is required. This process will enable back office support and documentation on activating and using the new SUM feature.
