Summary :
When mounting the MDM Console, users may encounter an error stating the specified SAP instance does not exist. This issue can arise if SSL listening ports are not defined in the MDS profile, if the SAP Host Agent (saphostctrl) is not running, is outdated, improperly configured, or defective. To resolve, ensure the MDS profile contains correct SSL port settings. If missing, reinstall the MDM module. If the problem persists, reinstall the SAP Host Agent as per SAP note 1031096, verify version, enable detailed tracing, restart the agent, and check connection and logs.
