In SAP EWM, when posting a second partial goods receipt for an inbound delivery that already has a partial receipt including a packaged item, error VL 216 may occur stating "Item & does not exist" for auxiliary packaging material items. This is due to system design where automatically generated packaging during delivery updates should not be explicitly transferred.
