Summary :
In Public Sector Management within SAP, when activating account assignment elements such as fund, functional area, grant, or budget period, users may encounter issues with predefined SAP planner profiles and layouts in various transactions (CJ40, CJ41, CJ42, CJ43, KO12, KO13). The issues arise due to incompatibility between active account elements and the three supported combinations: fund and grant; fund, functional area, and grant; fund, functional area, and budget period, resulting in error messages KAFF 002 or K9 151. As a resolution, SAP Note advises using transactions KPG5 or KPH5, and OPO1 or OPO4, to create and adjust user-specific layouts compatible with their account assignments, referencing procedures in Note 1673712 and adjusting BAdI implementations accordingly.
