SAP Note 166397 - Delivery split according to customer field ZUKRL

Component : Delivery Processing -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/166397 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
Starting from SAP Release 4.0, the logic in the LIKP table's ZUKRL field that determines order combination during delivery creation has been altered. Previously, if the ZUKRL field of one item was filled and another was empty, it would cause the delivery to be split. Now, this condition allows items to be combined into a single delivery, avoiding unnecessary splits. If delivery splitting issues arise due to an empty ZUKRL field, consider pre-filling this field with a dummy value such as a universally unique identifier (UUID) to force a split. For older versions, functionality can be restored using specific modifications not covered by hot packages.

Key words :
call function 'system_uuid_c22_create'      importing            uuid_c22 = lf_uuid, function module system_uuid_c22_create creates, additional key words vl04, delivery header data likp, likp-zukrl = lf_uuid, spatially unique key, 22-character character string, transactions spam/spau, unnecessary delivery splits, changed split logic
