Summary :
SAP Note advises on deleting totals and memo records in Cash Management to initiate or reset production environments. Users must remove test or inconsistent data to reorganize their systems efficiently. From Release 4.5A, Transaction FDFD allows data reconstruction. A deletion report is provided for those using older systems, involving writing a minor program to delete specific tables tied to cash management and forecasting. Tables include various business modules such as G/L accounts, customer/vendor totals, and transaction records across modules like MM, SD, and FI. Ensure to manage access to deletion programs post-execution for security reasons.
