Summary :
On Windows-based systems, there is an issue where sapevents.dll is locked in the central DIR_CT_RUN directory during the installation of AS Java. Additionally, Windows event log messages for the affected AS Java instance display the error: "The description for Event ID from source SAP_ cannot be found." in the event viewer. This occurs because sapevents.dll is omitted from the j2eeinst.lst file list, preventing its copying from DIR_CT_RUN to the instance-specific DIR_EXECUTABLE directory. To fix this, manually copy the sapevents.dll from DIR_CT_RUN to DIR_EXECUTABLE and restart the service to ensure proper loading.
