Summary :
When using SAP for debit and credit memo requests, quantities for incoming orders do not update in both standard and custom info structures. This is due to the system only incorporating schedule-line relevant quantities, while memo requests lack such lines. Presently, the standard SAP system setup does not support direct integration of these requests into incoming order quantities within info structures. As a solution, these quantities must be tracked separately via custom info structures using newly defined performance measures. These measures should use "Target quantity” from order items for tracking, rather than “Cumulative order quantity.”
