Summary :
When entering completion confirmations in SAP with a specific time recording ID or personnel number, unintended entries can accumulate in table AFRP4, potentially hindering order archiving. These entries exist due to unexecuted data transfers to the HR system, designated for deletion only upon running the CORUPROC program. Resolution includes adjusting settings to prevent unintended HR updates via the "No HR update" flag in Release 4.0 or later, managed through Transaction OPK4. Pre-Release 4.0 solutions refer to Note 92900 for similar functionality.
