SAP Note 160211 - Using USER_EXIT creates data inconsistency

Component : Account Assignment -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/160211 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
When using user exits CUSTOMER-FUNCTION '010' and '011' within the SAP Accounting interface, various errors impact the release of billing documents. Issues like RW 022 and F5 702 cite balance discrepancies in transaction currency, while ABAP runtime errors like PERFORM_NOT_FOUND and T681Z_MISSING also surface. The root of these problems lies in the different prefix utilizations (I_ and E_) for export and import parameters in these user exits, leading to data inconsistencies. SAP recommends verifying the active status of these exits if unnecessary and consulting with a professional to ensure correct parameter assignments. Additionally, SAP Note 170183 should be referenced for guidance.
