Two solutions are proposed: manually update the registry to include the required MIME type details or install the latest patch for SAP GUI, which includes automatic MIME type registration. Ensure registry entries are accurately configured or update to at least patch level 7 of SAP GUI for Windows 7.20 for seamless functionality.
