Summary :
GRC Access Control 5.3 encounters issues when integrated with a backend deploying GRC 10.0 Plugin (GRCPINW). This situation arises during transitions where both versions are active due to the deletion of legacy Real Time Agent (RTA) code by the GRCPINW version prior to SP04. To mitigate, upgrading to at least SP04 is necessary as it preserves essential code from VIRSANH SP16 and VIRSAHR SP14 critical for 5.3 environments. Be advised, post this upgrade, newer patches for 5.3 won't be supported, and only GRC 10.0 patches can be applied thereafter. It’s recommended to validate updates in consultation with SAP guidelines outlined in Note 1352498.
