Summary :
SAP Note provides guidelines on using the incompletion log function within SAP delivery processes tailored for user-defined checks. Starting from Release 4.0, this functionality is embedded in standard systems. To customize incompletion checks, users must modify the V50UC_USER structure by adding specific fields through SE11 Transaction, adhering to data element standards, and activating the updated structure. ABAP programming is required in Include FV50UZXX to define the completion checks within a custom routine named according to the V50UC_USER structure fields. These checks assess completeness based on document and item status, updating V50UC-CUSTOM fields accordingly. Customizing of incompletion logs involves assigning these fields to error schema and status groups to manage incomplete transactions effectively.
