Summary :
SAP Note addresses rendering issues and JavaScript errors when using Internet Explorer 9 in Quirks Mode Emulation (QME). The problem arises due to Microsoft’s introduction of a new QME in IE9, which automatically activates when the page utilizes the IE9 Standard Mode, conflicting with Unified Rendering frameworks (both Lightspeed and classic). Currently, SAP supports only the former version of Quirks Mode. A comprehensive resolution isn't feasible; however, strategies to circumvent this issue are documented in SAP Note 1590563, which guides on disabling the QME to prevent such rendering problems.
