The issue arises because the system concurrently transports a table and its associated index in separate requests, leading to an undetermined transport sequence. As a result, while the index remains in the Dictionary metadata, it is absent from the physical database. The resolution involves deleting the index within transaction SE11 and rerunning the MAIN_POSTP/RUN_RSDB02CK_END phase to ensure database consistency.
