Summary :
SAP Note clarifies limitations for Master Data Governance (MDG) for Material in EhP6 as follows: 1) Classification data can't be changed using specified MDG BAdIs or BRF+ derivations. 2) Change states in classification display dependent on change number not being locked. 3) USMD_FILE_UPLOAD webdynpro application doesn't support uploads for 'Class Assignment' and 'Characteristic Valuation'. 4) MDG-M only supports plain ASCII for material long texts. 5) DRF-based replication upon CR activation is unsupported; use periodic replication with change pointers. 6) "Fuzzy" search on material numbers affected by numeric vs. non-numeric distinctions and alpha conversion settings.
