Summary :
This SAP Note addresses duplicate IDoc number issues when using the SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure with IDoc adapter. IDocs with identical numbers are reprocessed due to lack of duplicate checks in sender systems. A procedural solution to enable IDoc number duplicate recognition is presented, including manual steps to create and configure a new parameter in the SXMSCONFDF table, implement ABAP Dictionary changes, and activate the duplicate check by setting parameters in SXMS_IECONF.
