SAP Note 1555208 - ICF services become inactive after upgrade or SP update

Component : Internet Communication Framework -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1555208 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
After importing a new SAP Basis Support Package level or updating the SAP Basis release, ICF services within the SICF transaction might appear inactive due to security precautions that default these services to an inactive status. This occurs if the requisite ABAP corrections from Note 1447439 are not applied beforehand. To reactivate, users lacking prior corrective implementations should apply the ABAP corrections from Note 1498575 and activate the services using the report "RS_ICF_SERV_MASS_PROCESSING". For future updates, implement corrections from Note 1498575 prior to the package update and safeguard settings with "RS_ICF_SERV_ADMIN_TASKS" to streamline reactivation post-update.
