SAP Note 1554547 - Delivery Archiving: Post-Processing Report

Component : Document Flow - Archiving

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1554547 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
After implementing SAP Note 1548151, which ensures the integrity of overlapping document flow networks in delivery items when one item is archived while others are active, performance issues may arise due to the retention of document flow data for each archived item in the database. To address potential database overgrowth, a new report (/SCDL/DLV_ARCH_POST_PROCESS) has been made available. It enables deletion of document flow network data for archived and deleted EWM documents, ensuring that all related orders are archived, and no live links to the document flow node exist. Implement the attached correction or update with the appropriate support package to activate this functionality. Archiving settings and required messaging adjustments are detailed in the implementation instructions.
