Summary :
In SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM), synchronizing transport data and logs between managed systems and SAP Solution Manager is key to central storage in ChaRM. Users needing to delete obsolete ChaRM data after system copies or refreshes can remove this old transport data by logging into SAP Solution Manager, using SMSY transaction for ABAP systems, and deleting buffered transport data. To refresh transport data from a specific date, use transaction SE38 to execute /TMWFLOW/REP_DATA_READ, inputting the project and start date. Corrections from SAP Notes 1487892 and 1512342 are prerequisites.
