Summary :
The customer is experiencing performance issues but has no remote connection or a poor connection to SAP. There could be multiple causes for these issues. To resolve them, it is essential to establish a reliable remote connection to the SAP Support Center. For significant performance problems, specific system information is required: SM51, ST04 (Oracle and INFORMIX specific lists), DB02 for missing indices and freespace statistics, and other details for ADABAS D and DB2 databases. Additionally, SM50, ST06, ST03, ST02, and RSPFPAR lists for each SAP instance should be collected. These lists must be printed and sent to SAP for further analysis. This approach is only for emergencies and does not replace standard support services.
