In SAP systems, the CKML_SET_VPRSV BAdI facilitates modification of price control during dynamic valuation data generation for materials. When the material ledger is active, adjustments to price determination control, particularly in the MATERIAL_DATA-MLAST field, are critical. Previously, this functionality wasn’t available. The resolution involves applying provided program corrections that will then consider changes in the price determination control. As per the manual implementation guide, this is pertinent to various SAP_APPL releases ranging from 470 to 605 with detailed patches specified for each release.
