The issues stem from missing or inconsistent BW metadata pre-upgrade, which did not impact BW 7.0 operations but causes problems in BW 7.3. Solutions include deactivating the RDA daemon, running RSA_PSA_NEWDS_MAPPING_CHECK to fix PSA metadata, and reactivating the affected DataSource.
