During the Configuration and Test Composite (CTC) setup of either the Process Integration (PI) or the Advanced Adapter Engine Extended (AEX), users encounter an error during the "Import ESR Content" phase of the ESR Configuration. The error, detailed as a ResourceException, arises due to a connection timeout when attempting to access the Integration Builder via CMS-Transport. This timeout, typically caused by ICM server processing limits, fails the HTTP request, although the import process may continue in the background. SAP advises either skipping or retrying the import step and verifying the import status directly in the ESR to confirm if the XI SAP Basis Content has been successfully imported.
