Summary :
This SAP note addresses the implementation of legal changes stemming from OUG 58/2010, published in Romania's Official Gazette No. 431 dated June 28, 2018. It requires the addition of new tax codes to the TAXRO procedure in response to alterations in VAT rates. Effective from July 1, 2010, the standard VAT rate will increase by five points from 19% to 24%. Updates to the /CEECV/ROFI_TAXES BC-Set will include these new TAXRO procedures and will be included in the forthcoming C-CEE package. An interim solution is available through an attachment download for immediate needs.
