SAP Note 1483757 - Slow processing tRFC, qRFC in a high load environment

Component : Queued RFC (qRFC) and transactional RFC (tRFC) -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1483757 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
This SAP Note addresses slow t/qRFC processing due to heavy load on the ARFCRSTATE table, observed when existing LUWs verify for deletable confirmed entries within this table, increasing access frequency. To alleviate this, set the 'abap/arfcrstate_col_delete' profile parameter to 'X' in the destination system's default profile and periodically run the RSTRFCEU program every 2 to 5 minutes. These actions reduce unnecessary checks and deletions in ARFCRSTATE, improving process efficiency. Note that this recommendation specifically tackles issues with high ARFCRSTATE access times, as previously noted in SAP Note 539917.

Key words :
high access times/heavy access, profile parameter abap/arfcrstate_col_delete, earlier related note 539917, rstrfceu batch job, rstrfceu program deletes, 2 delete jobs isnot, heavy load situation, store luw state, accessing arfcrstate table, heavy load
