Summary :
In SAP systems, users are facing issues with not seeing any empty folders in the SAP Easy Access Menu, despite relevant Customizing settings. This issue is due to modifications from SAP Note 1246860, which uncoupled empty folder visibility from the redundancy avoidance settings in SSM_CUST. Instead, menu condensation and deletion of double transaction codes are now managing the visibility of these empty folders. To resolve this, administrators can use transaction SNOTE for correction implementation or update via the latest Support Package. Customizing now allows control over empty folder visibility using new settings.
