In rare circumstances, SAP R/3 may miss lines in logical cluster tables, causing records with specific values in physical clusters, leading to critical inconsistencies in FI, MM, and SD modules. Financial documents may lack line items despite header presence, and conditions in SD sales documents might be incomplete. Identified in R/3 Release 3.* and 4.5A with specific kernel versions, the resolution includes updating to at least patch level 237 or 0.128 for these releases, as detailed in Note 19466. Validation of data integrity via reports and remedial actions are described for affected documents.
