Summary :
When SAP delivery documents are archived and deleted, associated PPF actions and data often remain, leading to unnecessarily large database tables and subsequent performance degradation. This occurs because PPF actions for deliveries are not automatically deleted after archiving. To resolve this, the proposed correction involves modifying system behavior to ensure that PPO data, specifically from tables such as /SCDL/BOLPPF, PPFTTRIGG, PPFTMETHRU, BCST_PPFMD, PPFTSFFXRU, PPFTSFMLRU, and PPFTSFPRRU, is appropriately deleted post-archiving, thus improving system performance and reducing storage requirements.
