Summary :
Certain movement types in SAP transfer postings may result in an error stating non-existent dimension/stock category in the plant for initial stock postings. Incorrect dimension/stock category may be assigned if new batch numbers are manually entered. This issue is due to program errors, addressed by source code corrections specified in SAP Note 8J621.
