Summary :
This SAP Note addresses the need for restarting failed precalculation server broadcasting jobs in SAP NetWeaver BI. It adds functionality to manage Excel broadcasting settings disrupted during processing. Users are advised to implement the note through SNOTE or relevant Support Packages as detailed. The note includes a new report, RSR_PREC_SETTINGS_RESTART, enabling restarts for all settings or for specified dates. Key versions are supported from SAP NetWeaver BI 7.00 to BI 7.20, each requiring different Support Packages. Manual pre-implementation details and the creation of the RSR_PREC_SETT table in SE11 are also provided.
