SAP Note 13372 - BRBACKUP reaches end of tape

Summary :
In the context of using the BRBACKUP tool for tape backups, an issue arises where the end of the tape is reached and the cpio command reports errors like "End of tape" or "Cannot prompt for more media" on UNIX, and similar errors on NT. BRBACKUP then terminates with errors. The causes include incorrect tape_size configuration in init.sap, outdated internal compression rates, incorrect SMIT tape block size on AIX, and incorrect "compress" parameter settings.
