Summary :
In SAP NetWeaver BI environments, users may experience an error message BL 209 "Message not found (in main memory)" when launching web applications or planning applications from the consolidation monitor (transaction UCMON). This issue is due to a programming error. SAP provides resolutions through the importation of specific support packages for various SAP NetWeaver BI versions ranging from 7.00 to 7.11. Each version requires a different support package, and users are advised to consult respective SAP Notes for detailed information on each package before installation. For urgent cases, a preliminary correction instruction implementation is possible following consultation of Note 875986 regarding transaction SNOTE.
