When executing an MDX statement in SAP NetWeaver BI, a system error can occur in the classes CL_RSR_MDX_BXML_FLATTENING and CL_RSR_MDX_FLATTENING due to a programming issue, particularly within specific methods processing data in a flattened format. SAP has addressed this error through the release of specific Support Packages: SAPKW70023 for BI 7.00, SAPKW70104 for BI 7.01, and SAPKW71102 for BI 7.11. Users must import these packages into their BI system as outlined in associated SAP Notes 1270629, 1227876, and 1260072 respectively. For immediate resolution, advance correction instructions are also available and can be implemented following guidance from Note 875986.
