Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1295094 (SAP Service marketplace login required)
Summary :
Users attempting to start Process Integration Tools, specifically the Enterprise Services Builder or Integration Builder Directory, face errors. The HTTP 404 error appears when accessing .jnlp files via provided URLs, indicating non-existent resources. Additionally, attempting to run Process Integration (PI) versions 7.1x to 7.30 on a server with Process Component Kit (PCK) simultanously fails. To resolve, verify PCK installation through J2EE's System Information, and then undeploy SAP_XIPCK using either NetWeaver Development Infrastructure (by accessing 'Deployment' view) or via telnet command to undeploy requisite components, followed by a system restart.
